It's about 17 years old. I need to replace it but can't for the life of me find one. The rest of the shower, head and jets are made by Hansgrohe. Many thanks

Email hans grohe. They keep spares going back 30 years.
Many thanks. I emailed Hansgrohe this afternoon with the photos. Awaiting their reply. I have a feeling that that part of the shower kit may be made by some other company. Good of you to take the trouble to reply.

If it's made by someone else's you could send the picture to showerdoctor they are also extremely good in identifying... I even would say they are specialised

Can anyone help me identify which tap/connection it is to top up the system as the level has dropped quite a way below the red marker for the cold fill pressure on the gauge? Boiler was installed approx. 2014. I've looked in the manual & online but can't find anything. Many thanks

Hi, I have a Hansgrohe T30 thermostatic cartridge (98282000) that I need to clean or replace, but I can't remove it. I've spent ages Googling this, but I just can't find the right tool to help - it's probably a custom Hansgrohe tool. Can anyone guide me? Thanks!
