Any recommendations guys?

I’m looking for a central/single controller which will be located (in boiler room) away from the underfloor heated rooms.

There will be six or so areas which will need to be separately temperature controlled. Each area will have a temperature sensor wired back to the main controller but not a programmable stat/controller mounted in each area.

I’d want to mount one controller on the wall and be able to choose/program times & temps for all areas from this one controller.

Thoughts?

Likewise not my area, but was intrigued by your question, so had a quick look!

A BMS system might give you what you need, but the software might be an issue/costly?

Then I though maybe Honeywell Home would give you the central control of up to 12 zones - independent control of each.
They do UFH manifold control units, but I think it would have to be a wireless solution with rf temp. sensors in each zone.

I'm not sure what type of building you've got, but users will hate not having some control over the temperature in the room. If they don't have a thermostat to twiddle, they'll bring in their own fan heaters and/or wedge windows and doors open.

Google 'Building Automation System' The main manufacturers (ABB, Honeywell, Siemens, etc) all have websites with 'contact us' buttons but no prices. You'll probably need a consultant/specialist to specify and configure the system.

Evo home is the answer.

One adjustable stat will have to be mounted in each room and then you have a central controller for them as well.

You could probably do with going to your local plumbers merchant and asking them for the Honeywell rep's phone number to discuss exactly what you need to purchase

Not really my forte, but what about Heatmiser?
Had a look, can’t find anything with a single point of control. As mentioned by Badger, some sort of bms will do the job, but I’m after a domestic sized one.

Thanks for looking, I’m gonna read your links. You’re right, I need some sort of bms, but it’s a large domestic, so don’t want to go overkill.

I agree with you post but on this occasion It’s a private house, with on site staff. It’s for the kids area and they don’t want the controls messed with.

Can’t have a stat in each room, only a discreet temp sensor.

As per post #5 and mine, Evohome will do everything you've asked for, with a single point of control.
They do a non adjustable room sensor that rf communicates with central control : Honeywell Home HCF82 Wireless Room Sensor | The Smart Thermostat Shop - https://thesmartthermostatshop.co.uk/product/honeywell-hcf82-wireless-room-sensor/
I encourage you to talk to Resideo:
I've had the system on 10 zones and it worked faultlessly for years.
It was internet enabled, and we used the app. a lot, but everything can be controlled from the central unit without an internet connection if that's what you/they want.

Thank you. I’ve been researching Evohome and it looks like I’ll be taking this route.

Thanks for everyone’s help.
