I am having issues with my Concealed Shower Valve, Its blending too hot, ive put this down to the shower cartidge probably needs a clean as its only been working ok for a year.

Shower is fed on a 1.5bar pump with header tank.

my main issue though is ive moved all the knobs and faceplate but to get to the cartrige it looks like i need a tool with 2 specific lugs on them 32ish mm apart

does anyone know where i can find such a tool? (searching google hasnt been helpful) or even identify which shower valve i have so i can see technical drawings.

thankyou

Flat screwdriver and a hammer ?

No other than making one or contacting the manufacturer

dont know the manufacturer assume it might be a stanard fit cartridge.

might be crosswater surely for the 1000s they make they would make a tool
