I think Christmas starts now , Christmas eve , well it always did in our house .

I hope it all goes to plan, you will need Gasmk4 - 5 for the bird. I cook but not roasts they scare the hell out of me too many thing to be done at the same time. My beloved couldn't sleep so was up before 5am turkey is cooked & the 1000 veg ready to go, ham is almost there.
I hope Karen feels better soon.
