If by 'front liner' you mean what the govt calls a 'critical worker':

The answer to the question in your thread title is, broadly speaking, 'no'. There may, of course, be grey areas. The covid rules were written in haste and are not as clear and consistent as one might wish.

Yes I’ve worked throughout the whole thing. I’m considered by my employer to be a key worker.
