Like the question. Need a water softener..was looking at Dualflo anyone got any recommendaions? Also an in line water filter.

Obviously ones that can handle high pressures.

I like monarch softners personally with 7 year warranty

Fitted my first one this week, seemed okay... There all pretty similar to install I find!

I prefer the tapworks ones when fitting with the highflow hoses as they come with preformed bits & built in check valve which allows the 22mm bypass assembly to be fitted more compactly! The monarch just tossed in 3 22 levers & separate check valve which takes up a lot more space!

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?
