Bleeding a radiator with broken valve

Hi all, my sister’s house has a radiator that needs bleeding but the valve is broken and rusted (see pic). What would be the best (cheapest) course of action?

Personally I’d be looking at why it’s rusted and replace it. However if you need to bleed it as you say, then, although unsightly, you could try this: Easi Bleed. Simple solution to broken radiator bleed screw - https://easibleed.co.uk/

New rad as it’s leaking

As above, replace the rad.

For a temporary fix drill a small hole at the top of the rad to let air out then screw in a self tapper with a bit of ptfe on its threads. But this is silly, just replace the rad.
