from memory its not really lubricant as cast iron itself lubricates due to having carbon its really to stop the saw overheatingCan use bi-metal holesaw and frequent squirts of WD40 or similar to lubricate.
It's quite soft so hole-saw as above. Won't take a minute. Don't let the cut piece fall down the pipe.
