Do you know what it is?
Do you follow it?
Do you get the Customer to sign it?
Do you always provide the customer with a demonstration?
What happens if you later find that the installation doesn't meet Building Regs?
What does "Highlight to the customer any remedial or improvement work identified during the course of commissioning or service work" mean, surely if you are commissioning a boiler, there isn't any remedial work?
What do you think "Benchmark places responsibilities on both manufacturers and installers" means?
How does the above practically relate to a manufacturer, they don't have a contract with the customer?
Who regulates the Benchmark process?
Is it just a tickbox exercise for the industry?
BTW The Gas Safe Register don't get involved in the Benchmark process per se in that they are not interested in whether the installation follows the manufacturers instructions only matters that are At Risk and Non-compliant as per

Your thoughts please
