Do you need to drill holes into very hard porcelain tiles? ********* are the tile drilling specialists

THE ESSENTIAL This box set is the most popular. It's compact size (about the size of an iPad) makes it easy to carry and load on and off the van. Bright yellow so it can be found easily. Strong robust tool kit which will hold all the drills needed for a standard bathroom or kitchen project. Based mostly on our ten year best seller the "Bathroom Fitters Kit" which was supplied in a clam shell. That kit had 7 pieces. Let me tell you why the box set is as good as the clam shell and better. Its because it has three more drills at 6mm. It has the water cooling sponge so no need to connect water hoses or leaky spray guns. And finally it has the cleaning hook to keep all your cores (even the 6mm) in tip top condition. Historically it was always fiddly and difficult to keep the cores clean and this hook solves the problem.

Introducing the "PREMIUM"

With ten years of sales with the clamshell containing the Bathroom Fitters Kit (which incidently held 40mm 30mm 16mm 8mm 6mm) we were told by installers of other sizes they liked. We whittled it down to the most popular second sizes an installer might desire and we put them all in this neat chunky case. Still the size of an iPad front wise its quite chunky to the back being about the depth of a house brick. But what's inside? You will find 45mm 35mm 25mm 18mm. The reasons for these sizes are 45mm bath waste (as well as basin waste) 35mm will do the basin wast and the monoblock. 25mm will do for the 22mm copper pipe. 18mm is a generous size for rad pipes and 15mm copper etc. There are some small sizes for the fixtures and fittings too. Look for 6mm and 8mm tile drills. They are all complimented with the tool set. This includes the water cooling sponge as well as the cleaning hook. Critical to making the diamond cores last a long lifespan. And of course the guide plates. Anti slip to give great grip.

Whats this then? It is the ULTMIATE

Ever just wanted to have the best, or "Everything" to hand. And presented in a nice easy layout that is quick to bring to site. Easy to find your stuff. For no nonsense intallers putting tiles up on a regular basis you want your gear easy to manage and you want your tools well laid out. We stuffed this power chest full to the brim with goodies. There is not a spare bit of space left in this box. It is jammed with diamond core drills. We went for the most common demanded cores then we packed it out even further. The biggest is the 115mm which is just over 4 inch. It does great for the soil stack toilet pan. We didnt go for 110mm because a lot of extract fans are slightly bigger at 113mm so rather than annoy an installer we added a bit extra. To be honest when you put a soil pan pipe through the wall you dont notice the extra 5mm which can easily be filled by silicone.

All the right sizes are in the case and more. You have the tool kit which INCLUDED the stainless steel PORSACLAMP to stop the big one slipping. For the smaller drill bits there is the yellow anti-slip guide plates. To cool things down we have the water cooling sponge. ANd to tidy up its the cleaning hook every time.

For many years we have been asked for these solutions to drilling holes into hard porcelain tiles. The clam shell plastic packs still represent great value for money. But the hard cased box sets are the next generation of tooling for installers which still represents excellent value for money. Something for everyone. If you choose a clear plastic clamshell know that the contents (the drills) inside are still the same hard wearing items inside the case.

At the moment you will ONLY find these box sets factory direct. We wanted to make sure we had a grip on prodcution before rolling them out to retailers. Slowly though you will see them more often in plumbers merchants, tile outlets, fixings shops.

If you are a retail chain, outlet or distributor then you can contact us to see what oppertunties there are for your retail option. We are slowly getting through the list so applogies from us if we have not got to you yet.

For the online buying trade client the good news is that you can buy them direct from our factory by going to *********.com

Gradual roll out to retail clients.
