Hi all, i have a Baxi solo boiler which is making awful noise. I have checked and double checked and it's not the pump or the flue fan, the noise is like a noisy pump and also a banging noise, it only happens after the boiler has been running for about 30 minutes and the moment the burner stops the noise slows down and stops.

Any ideas? Thanks

Would like to add, standing next to it in the kitchen it doesn't sound too bad but in the room above and eveywhere else in the house it's very loud

The noise is like a worn bearing/noisy pump with banging. It's definitely not the pump.
It's a non pressurized heating system.
Thanks.
