Hi guys, I'm working on a combi that every time you put the hot water tap on and then switch it off again it keeps on burning, the temperature keeps on rising and makes a lot of air bubbling noses. The expansion vessel also has been dropping so I'm guessing that need re pressurising or a new vessel. There's a lot of problems with this boiler and as just wondering if you guys could help. Many thank sammy

Looking for some help here - not my boiler, so consider me a proxy. I'm also by no means a heating engineer: I'm just looking for pointers, as the owner of this boiler is now caught firmly between "not us", "not us" and "not us" - nobody will take responsibility, and just calls into question...
