Hi, could you help me to solve mysterious stuff happening with Ariston e-combi 38 located on the loft

  • Can hear the sound of the boiler pump in our bedroom. If I come closer to the boiler, it's not sound so bad, but in bedroom you can hear it a lot.
  • pump is running even with room stat turned off. Could run for hours. But sometimes can stop for no reason.
  • separate thermometer near roomstat shows 22, stat set to 17. Boiler is kicking in.
  • some of radiators is not heated evenly, only top. Actually 5 from 7.
  • shows the error: insufficient circulation

Any ideas?

Replace pump, sludge - powerflush... Those were my thoughts
 
If the pump is running need to look at what’s controlling it eg do you have switch feed into the boiler if not I would be looking possibly at pcb
