Air keeps collecting in our upstairs bathroom towel radiator. Do we have a leak or what could be the cause please? We had a new system boiler and tank installed and all new pipework. The 3 towel radiators are on a separate system to the radiators in the other rooms. The tank is in the garage underneath the house. The boiler is in the kitchen on the ground floor. Every time we let air out of the towel rail, we need to let water into the boiler (the plumber installed a pipe directly to it with a tap). A few days later the top rung of the upstairs towel radiator is no longer hot. Most of the pipes under the floors and in the walls are now not easily accessible. Where is the air coming from? Please help!
