Discuss Advice on soil pipe for new toilet in the USA area at PlumbersForums.net

Hello,

I would be interested in getting some feedback on connecting a new second toilet (shown in yello below) with the soil pipe where my existing toilet connects to (shown in brown line). If I manage to run the new toilet's soil pipe through the unused dumbwaiter shaft, then the distance to main stack which runs underneat the bathroom is about 4.8 meters. Would this work, and what fall woudl be ideal for this distance. I have also contemplated using a Sanipac Pro Up macerator only for the toilet waste. What are your thoughts? The bathroom where the new toilet will be based would be a part inflill extension in an existing lightwell. The wall opposite the new toilet would be new.

Thanks,
