How much hot water is actually needed at peak times has it been calculated

DHW consumption - A lot - if you've ever seen the impact a shotgun competition has on a clubhouse, 72 sweaty golfers descending on the bar and clubhouse over a matter of 40 minutes. Hence they have 9 showers in the mens' changing rooms.
600 litres of DHW with rapid reheat should be sufficient.

Client has decided (correctly) that AS heat pumps will never work in this situation. So we're looking at reconfiguring the Cylinders - the DHW secondary connections are also plumbed the wrong way round, and in series not parallel so big c**k up there, and no reverse return / Tichelmann on the primaries.

Cylinders can (probably) be reused, system needs complete re-plumbing, new / proper heating controls and cascaded gas boilers, plus need to look at possibly pumped DHW to the showers, even though it is currently unvented as supply to them is undersized. (Single 22mm)
Anyone fancy a punt -- we don't do gas !

Lock the shower block doors and invest in a happy hour at the bar? Probably the cheapest solution!
