I was hoping somebody could help me out here, I am due to start my evening nvq2 6129 course in september but was also thinking of doing acs (day release) at the same time to help me get a edge in finding a trainee job.

Do you need to do your acs before nvq3 or during it? All I know is you need it for your nvq3.

So is it worthing doing the 2courses at the same time ?

thanks in advance i know you guys must get feed up answering these types of questions all the time

kind regards

steve

You can't sit your ACS without first providing evidence of 60 supervised jobs doing gas work.
No college will allow you to do it before you've done your level 2 NVQ or worked in the industry for less than 5 years.
