Not long bought a house with a second story loft conversion to dorma which contains an en-suite. Toilet in en-suite has a flex waste pipe from spigot directly to top of the vertical soil pipe with not much clearance. Soil stack has no ventilation on 2nd floor causing drain smell in the en-suite as toilet has effectively been placed on the top of the original stack (cowboys). Can hear air being sucked in through en-suite bath and sink when flushing. Soil stack is flush with floor tiles. Trying to avoid having someone rip the floor up, so looking for a creative solution. Any advice one trying to use something like this - WC-F23RV - and adding a length of pipe and an AAV to the extra branch?
