    MPDE to Copper

    I'm trying to connect a new incoming water main 25mm MPDE blue pipe to the 15mm copper serving the cold water supplies in my house. If I use a MPDE to cu stopcock will I have to fit an insert into the blue pipe.? Hope this is not to stupid a question but I don't want to make an expensive error...

    Speedfit pipe inserts "SuperSeal" question...

    I have a quick question regarding the "SuperSeal" speedfit pipe inserts... Do they really provide a much tighter seal & can they be used in the same speedfit pipes that accept the standard pipe inserts?

    Compression reducing set on barrier pipe

    Is it possible to use a compression reducing set i.e 22mm to 15mm with Speedfit pipe as the type I have don't compress with an olive? I've used scores of these with copper in compression fittings, but I think that I may have to use the type with an olive for Speedfit, using the inserts? :)

    Straightening speedfit pipe

    I'm just attempting my first bit of plumbing with JG speedfit pipe and fittings. I bought a coil of 15mm barrier pipe. I'm finding it dificult to work with because of the curve. Is there a way to straighten it? or do most people use straight lengths?

    pushfit - which brand?

    hello all, just wanted your opinions on which brand of push fit fittings are best from your own experiences? ive not used them a great deal, my two local suppliers are screwfix and toolstation but ive been advised not to use the jg speedfit that screwfix sell and am not sure about toolstations?
