Hi fellas
I believe my mortice lock is 3 level in one of my internal rooms in my house.

Is there anyway I can break the lock to get in the room? Without breaking the door?
Any help would be appreciated thanks.
Hi,
Could anyone offer me any advice as to how to remove the top from this tap? I’ve tried twisting, pulling etc. but all to no avail.
Short of smashing the hell out of it, I’m stuck with it, the dripping and my wife’s moaning.
Any help gratefully received.
Cheers
Nick

Hi. Just started to get an F3 Fan Fault on this boiler. On power up there seems to be a quiet thump from somewhere then it goes through the start up sequence. It spends a few seconds on the ‘c’ display before coming up with the F3 error code. Can anyone advise...
Hi - I'm a rank amateur DIY'er with plumbing, with practically 0 skills & I know next to nothing about it, but a few weeks ago our concealed shower's thermo cartridge finally seized completely solid. With little time or skill to try to fix the issue, I then made a rooky mistake and accidentally...
Hi,
I’ve just moved into a house with underfloor heating and I’m not sure how to turn it on/if it’s working.
I have a small black handheld remote that doesn’t seem to be fully working (sometimes responds to touch, sometimes doesn’t).
I don’t think I can insert pictures here but is there...

Hoping someone can help. I have the bath tap as shown in the picture. I need to get the bit that sticks out (little round handle) off. The tap doesn't turn off properly as it ends up turning all the way to the wall. To get it off I basically have to pull the whole thing forward and push the tap...
I've got a leak at the connector next to the p trap under my bath at point 1. on my attached photo.
I unscrewed it and pipe A hardly goes into pipe B - it's almost flush with the start of B. Assume the rubber seal (can't spell) has failed - there's not much chance of water passing through...

Hello,
The brass "screw" that connects the shower handle to the cartridge broke. I have asked numerous plumbers and supply stores, but no one is able to identify the company, part, or model number. I thought I found the part from Rohl, but after speaking with their customer service, they said...
