The GSI Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research (German: GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung) is a federally and state co-funded heavy ion (Schwerion) research center in the Wixhausen suburb of Darmstadt, Germany. It was founded in 1969 as the Society for Heavy Ion Research (German: Gesellschaft für Schwerionenforschung), abbreviated GSI, to conduct research on and with heavy-ion accelerators. It is the only major user research center in the State of Hesse.
The laboratory performs basic and applied research in physics and related natural science disciplines. Main fields of study include plasma physics, atomic physics, nuclear structure and reactions research, biophysics and medical research. The lab is a member of the Helmholtz Association of German Research Centres.
Shareholders are the German Federal Government (90%) and the State of Hesse, Thuringia and Rhineland-Palatinate. As a member of the Helmholtz Association, the current name was given to the facility on 7 October 2008 in order to bring it sharper national and international awareness.The GSI Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research has strategic partnerships with the Technische Universität Darmstadt, Goethe University Frankfurt, Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and the Frankfurt Institute for Advanced Studies.

    Wall mount pan. GSI Pura Non Rimless / Swirlflush

    I like the style - not convinced if I should spend extra on the swirlflush 'gimmick'. Any experiences in general with either? Or - what is your preferred wall mount pan.

    have fault on one these no hot water or heating , checked the pcb haver power in to board and power out to fan (240v) both points however have no movement on fan when turn powewr on/off to boiler like normally faulty fan??

    GSI cistern help

    Hi guys, I'm new here. Can anyone help me get one of these GSI cistern tops? As you can see, my one is knackered and I didn't install the original toilet suite. I'm based in Greenwich in London if anyone is offering to fit/fix! Thanks very much. Mike

    worcester 24 junior 24 gsi

    recently installed one of these was working fine for 24 hours then has decided not to work ,symptoms are boiler keeps trying to light but wont , slight banging noise and boiler keeps going to reset. Presumed it was air bled rads , primed boiler through hose , when i installed it had boiler...
