In geology, a fault is a planar fracture or discontinuity in a volume of rock across which there has been significant displacement as a result of rock-mass movements. Large faults within Earth's crust result from the action of plate tectonic forces, with the largest forming the boundaries between the plates, such as subduction zones or transform faults. Energy release associated with rapid movement on active faults is the cause of most earthquakes. Faults may also displace slowly, by aseismic creep.A fault plane is the plane that represents the fracture surface of a fault. A fault trace or fault line is a place where the fault can be seen or mapped on the surface. A fault trace is also the line commonly plotted on geologic maps to represent a fault.A fault zone is a cluster of parallel faults. However, the term is also used for the zone of crushed rock along a single fault. Prolonged motion along closely spaced faults can blur the distinction, as the rock between the faults is converted to fault-bound lenses of rock and then progressively crushed.
Hi all. I have been called to a Ideal minimiser gas boiler. Fan constantly running not going through ignition process or lockout. All three lights on on the board are on. I think it will be air pressure switch. What do you think.

I have the above timer and having recently changed its settings to HW only, this morning it came on when programmed, but did not switch off when it should have. I have since tried other on/off times and the same happens - comes on but won't go off.
I also noticed, for those familiar with it...
Hi, have been out to look at this earlier today. Boiler won't even go through ignition sequence..... Have checked gas supply etc. Boiler is approx. 2 years old and has apparently played up from day 1 with this fault code. Tenant usually presses reset a few times and then fires up. They have a...
Been having problems with the pressure in my boiler for months now, it dropped at least once a day and I was constantly adding pressure to get the heating and hot water on. Then came the F75 fault, the manual diagnosed water pressure sensor, pump defective, air in the heating system or too...

My thread was closed by the closed minded moderator and the nonsense that I need a GSR engineer to answer a question. I have never met a more arrogant bunch of knuckle draggers as you lot who tar everyone with the same brush. Forum? my arse it's a closed shop for people who can't get...
Hi guys...I'm a bit confused, I posted the following a few hours ago:
Intergas 28/24 is cycling through the following codes on DHW suppy. 3, 4, 6, 3, 1, x repeat. So boiler produces hot water goes cold/off starts again and repeats. Any ideas what would cause this. Many thanks
Apologies for the long post but I'm hoping to get a bit of advice.
Last week a plumber came in to replace a bathroom rad with a heated towel rack and remove a rad from downstairs in the hallway. The work seemed fine and our CH and hot water both came on as programmed that night. However the...
as as title I have this issue with the boiler, the help manuals say DHW flow switch or a pump issue..... But,
when he the boiler is in fault and we go out or leave it, it seems to reset itself and we've come home to the radiators warms or hot waster available.
also if I open a tap or...
