certs
Certs is a breath mint (or, according to some, a candy mint) manufactured by MondelÄz International, and it has long been one of America's most popular mints. Certs was the first breath/candy mint to be nationally marketed in the United States, and has been a fixture at American drug stores and convenience stores since its debut on the market in 1956. It was discontinued since 2018, possibly for having partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil, which is not allowed as an ingredient in food sold in the USA since then.

Are there set guidelines for say landlords certs...
A LL cert costs around Ā£50 in my area for 2 appliances.
I find that I am really struggling to complete it in an hour to make it worthwhile for me.
At the same time, I don't want to be cutting corners like those charging Ā£30 and in and out in 15 min.
I just did one recently that took me 2 hours...

Hi All,
i've not been on for a while.
a quick question. another gas engineer has said that gas engineers who are landlords are not allowed to do safety checks on their rental properties. is this correct?
sounded rather absurd to me but he is pretty adamant.
I'm looking at taking a job doing landlord certs, I've never done a high volume service contract and always charged about Ā£40.00 and I tend to spend an hour doing it.
Now the company is offering Ā£14.30 per CP12 and I'm just wondering how many I can do to see if its worth my while taking it on...
