Looked online and can get it downloaded - but at a cost of about 150 quid. I can't afford anywhere near that, so is...

Just a quick question.
I plan on doing a Domestic Natural Gas Installation and Maintenance course, hopefully in January. It's full time 1 year.
I only have one concern, I have a red green colour deficiency. I fail the Ishihara test but I can easily distinguish my colours in a practical way...

I have passed my ACS, ccn1, cookers, fires, boilers, water heaters, cpa1. I've been installing boilers with my dad for 6 years (he is gas safe registered) do I need this energy efficiency qualification too? He did it a few years ago, does everybody bother?

In my previous post, I asked which parts of the ACS I needed to change me from a plumber into a plumber who can fit boilers (CCN1, CEN1 and CPA by the looks of it).
I have no idea what a mountain this will be to climb, and how difficult it is. It seems like it could be a long and expensive...
Finally I have my first and hopefully only MCS accreditation inspection for Heatpumps today.
This inspection is through NICEIC, so should prove to be an interesting day.

Both EAL and C&G will offer courses in the NVQ diploma level 2 and 3.
Would you be bothered if your qual had an EAL stamp on the top and not a C&G stamp? Does it matter? Do people still ask for a...
