    having just passed my ACS through a well known north east training company it comes as a bit of a head **** to find out it could take weeks through bpec for your quals to be cleared to register Does anyone have any experience of this lately and how long as i do have work prospects waiting??

    part L energy efficiency

    I have passed my ACS, ccn1, cookers, fires, boilers, water heaters, cpa1. I've been installing boilers with my dad for 6 years (he is gas safe registered) do I need this energy efficiency qualification too? He did it a few years ago, does everybody bother?
