Anyone miss phone calls from potential customers?

I'm looking to help 1 plumbing business answer their calls and take messages for free, in exchange for a case study. Message me if you'd like some more info.

I don't use answerphones: there are so many mobile/landline networks that switch on a remote answerphone as standard and so many people without enough respect for their callers to deactivate or monitor them, that people hearing their call answered by a recorded message often, as a result, simply hang up.

If someone rings me and I'm not available to talk, they simply get no reply in the 1970's way. However (and it's a big however), 1471 from my home phone gives me the last caller's details while my mobile gives me a full list of missed calls, so I usually manage to ring people back, which I generally find to be a more satisfactory way of dealing with things.

I can see how having an office to answer calls would be helpful, so I'm not against the concept, although I'm not really in position to take you up on the suggestion at present, but only if the office actually knew anything about my business and about plumbing.
