    Spoke to ideal today who said it was a signal fault between user board and main pcb. But can't identify which one and it would be a case of trial and error. So purchased main board at £170 still no joy. Phoned back up and he 100% assured me it would be the user board which is £84. So will see...

    Can anyone help me with this. Was getting no heating and hot water. Spoke to Vokera and explained symptoms and they said clean Venturi which I did . The beige part at Venturi was broken which don't know if this is cause because boiler fired after a cleaned Venturi for about half an hour then...
