    Just resurrecting this - I had a neta tec fitted by Heating-eng in Jan 2012.. it's just packed up today. Baxi technician is coming out tomorrow.. error code 09 showing, R and E symbols flashing as well as the "error that prevents burner from starting" symbol. My serial number starts 1137...

    Thanks for the replies. Do you think this pipe work round the house business is the only option? I'm going to lift some floorboards up tonight and see what I can find. If it is 22mm coming out of the boiler it must change soemwhere. Why woudl it be 15 in the current one?!
