Worcester came out to sort it out & he said it was the PRV that was the problem, change that & a few other things. Now working normal again. Thanks for all your help everyone
Haha. It's a tricky 1 as the gas engy is a family friend but lives 40mins away & doesn't want to be going backwards & forwards with the wrong parts. So he said to me that I need to get hold of Worcester to see if they know what the problem is & he'll fix it but I bet they wouldn't know or tell...
That's the annoying thing I have done but made it worse because after he fiddled about, boiler now goes to zero & leaks from the bottom which it didn't do before he came

Ahhh man wish I could but I'm at work till tomorrow. As soon as I get home I'll take a picture for you. You got an idea roughly why it could be leaking pressure? My boiler was loosing pressure before it started leaking from the bottom
As the title says, sometimes my boiler turns it self off when it goes to zero pressure which happens quite a lot so I re- pressurise & comes back on all fine (heating & hot water). When the heating or hot water is on, small drops of water comes out of the overflow.
