    Would you fit a water softener? and can you see its merit?

    I have fitted Harveys and have one myself, the water isn't particularly hard where I live however the benefits are noticeable, and if you have skin complains it can provide some comfort. I wouldnt change back and be without one.

    Hi all, Can anyone recommend an on site kit for checking sytem water on central heating as I want a quick easy test to check inhibitor levels. I powerflush so will not know what (or if!) there is any inhibitor in the system. Any help appreciated!

    Hi, planning to powerflush a microbore system, it will be a cold flush as need to go through the pump head. Just asking what chemicals people are using, i have been using Adey recently does anyone get any better results using anything else on a cold flush? Cheers!
