The inlet valve looks like a Torbeck, available from most plumbing suppliers, Dudley Hydroflow is what I would use, available from Screwfix.
Try toiletspares.co.uk for the syphon, they sell the replacement membrane for the Metro.

I have never used a “4 port manifold“ under a kitchen sink in 30 years as a plumber.
Just use 15mm pipe and fittings to connect everything.

I bought meter box cover & over box, i did the gas and electric boxes. Remove the door from the existing box and this box cover goes over the top. Available on Amazon, eBay etc, easy to find on Google.

I had to fit an outside drain off recently on a system, i had 2 dark colour rads to fit that the customer had supplied, they had also bought matching valves and short pipes the same colour, pipes designed to go from the valves to the floor.
Soldering a tee and drain off into the spray painted...
Self cutting valve as mentioned above, but probably used for an outside tap.
Supplied with one of those nasty DIY outside tap kits with a green hose.
I would remove it along with the flexi pipe.
