Hi guys,

Although I like to do the odd bit of DIY, I'm by no means a Plumber!

I currently have a flat purchase Under Offer and I've noticed the boiler seems rather large for the size of the property (612 Square feet) and I noticed some pipe work with stopcocks leading through the ceiling.

I'm concerned that the pipework may be connecting or servicing the property above? I've contacted my Solicitors and they have suggested I have a Plumber do a site visit.

I've linked some pictures and video below, if anyone could give any insight as if there is cause for concern here or am I talking complete rubbish?

Any input would be very much appreciated.
