Arco is unresponsive and does not want to do business.
Is anybody aware of an equivalent product from another manufacturer? Needing a 1000 order as a starter.

ARCO is a Spanish manufacturer, they are in a town called Valencia, UK plumbing stores are full of ARCO valves, they are supposed to be good

I doubt Reece in Oz will have a problem directing you to the manufacturer if you are in the UK.

You may find the manufacturer will direct you to a UK distributor if it has one, or may give you a worse price than the distributor would, so worth checking. I used to work for the UK distributor of a German firm. We had exclusive distributions rights in the UK market. In fact, if a UK customer had bought direct we were contractually entitled to a percentage. However, the German firm had no interest in dealing direct and would merely have sent the customer to us anyway.
