C26 Firebird wont start keep cutting off on infinite cycle

Hello have issue with Firebird enviromax C26 its doest want to start for what ever reason it tries but cuts off almost instant and keeps trying until i switch off power

thats not the thing in ireland its uk only . i am pretty sure its problem with RDB photocell just want to confirm before buying new
